At ProntoDigital, LLC d/b/a The Wild Manuka, we take pride in the quality of our honey products and are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you believe an item you ordered is not the right fit, please contact our Client Services team at info@thewildmanuka.com for assistance.
Order Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. Please check your spam or junk folders if you do not see this email. Tracking information typically includes an estimated delivery date, delivery confirmation, and, where available, a delivery photo provided by the carrier.

Order Modifications
Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or revised once placed.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns for products purchased through Amazon or other third-party retailers.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return unused, unopened, and resellable items in their original packaging, accompanied by the original receipt, within 30 days of delivery.
Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued less original shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.
Returns will not be accepted for:

Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (ET) generally begin processing the same business day

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (ET) begin processing the next business day
Please note:

There may be up to a 1-hour delay before your order appears in our system

UPS daily pickup occurs between 2:00 PM and 2:30 PM ET

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays

Delivery times may be impacted by carrier-related issues such as weather or service interruptions
Natural Product Disclaimer
Due to the natural nature of Manuka honey, variations in color, texture, and taste may occur between batches. These variations are normal and do not indicate a defect or reduced quality. Refunds will not be issued for batch differences.
Refunds
Refunds are issued using the original payment method. For example, credit card payments will be refunded directly to the same card used for purchase.
Please be aware that we cannot accept exchanges or returns on used or damaged items. Qualifying exchanges and returns must be in their original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
