UMF™ stands for Unique Mānuka Factor™ and is a recognized certification system for Mānuka Honey. It assesses multiple characteristics to help verify the authenticity and quality of certified products.

Higher MGO ratings indicate higher measured concentrations of MGO. A higher MGO rating may also come with a higher price, so the best choice depends on the grade and price point you are looking for.

A higher UMF™ grade represents a higher certified grade within the UMF™ system.
